We strive to provide the best quality books and products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly accept returns or provide a refund. To be eligible, please ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and reported within 2 days of delivery. Kindly provide clear images of the defect/damage for verification. Once approved, we will process your return or refund promptly. Please note that returns/refunds are not applicable for books/products damaged due to mishandling after delivery. For any assistance, our customer support team is always ready to help!
Customer need to raise an alert with us within 2 working days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return.
• Vidya books retains the rights to examine whether the books/products returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification
vidya books will either reship/replace the Books/Products to the customer.
• In case books/products is defective or damaged then the vidya books will replace and reship the books/products
to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the books/products.
• In case the returned books/products is not defective/damaged then the customer will NOT be refunded the amount
• Customer will have to bear the shipment charges for the replaced/reshipped books/products.
• If the books/products stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall
be informed to the customer through registered email.
